2012-2013 Intent to attend VASD Pre-K form

Please be advised that the VASD Pre-K form is only your intent to attend VASD Pre-k at St. James next year.  You will still need to register your child with the district during the week of February 13-17th. 

Times and locations will be sent directly from the district and available online at www.verona.k12.wi.us.  The district has asked that if you have submitted an intent to attend at a site that you not try to register on the first day as you will already have priority at your first choice site.
